Our new lobby now greets you with warmth and calm — soft tones, open space, and a sense of peace the moment you walk in. Our massage treatment rooms have also been completely refreshed — bright, inviting, and ready to help you relax, restore, and rejuvenate.
Mambo Mania Goes Global (Hello, Costa Rica!)
We’ve added a large TV screen in the studio so I can continue teaching Mambo Mania live from Costa Rica!
It’s the perfect blend of in-person and virtual — a hybrid model that allows you to dance, sweat, and stay connected wherever you are. My wonderful assistant Lois Thornburg will be leading the in-studio classes while I stream in from Costa Rica, keeping the rhythm and energy flowing between our two beautiful worlds.
