Our founder, Clarita, strongly believes that wellness is a lifestyle, and to lead a happy, healthy, and prosperous life, you must prioritize fitness, a balanced diet, and time for spiritual growth as essential components of life. Her extensive professional background as a dancer, choreographer, and fitness expert infuses movement, nutrition, and holistic health as part of Absolute Best's protocol. She attributes her success to the mentors who taught her to develop her talents and encouraged her to create a beautiful environment for professional holistic health practitioners specializing in chiropractic, acupuncture, massage, and personal training.
