special: I’ll be weaving in Spanish translations, so you get a bonus language lesson along with
your breathwork practice!

your best.

We’ll explore how vibration, color, light, sound, and even scent shape your experience of the
world. When you understand how your energy field connects to everything around you, you
can shift your mindset, boost your mood, and take control of your health in a whole new way.

 

Lesson 5: The Core Tissues – Build Strength from the Inside Out
Think "core strength" means endless crunches? Think again. Your core isn’t just about abs—it’s

Lesson 6: Sit’n’Fit To the Max – Your Ultimate Full-Body Workout
It all comes together here! This final session is your ultimate Sit’n’Fit challenge—combining
strength, flexibility, coordination, agility, and endurance in one powerful, energizing workout.
By the time you finish, you’ll have a solid foundation in movement, breathwork, and body
awareness. You’ll feel stronger, more mobile, and completely in tune with your body.
