Gabi Kook

Gabriel was born in Israel and developed his love for fitness as he served in the Israeli military with a search and rescue unit.  He moved to California in the year 2000 where he studied kinesiology; the study of human movement.  For the last 7 years, he has honed his fitness training skills by working with both healthy individuals and post rehab patients.  Specializing in aquatic therapy, Gabi’s programs are designed to increase strength, flexibility and mobility.  Gabi’s easy and effective weight loss programs teach individuals the importance of maintaining a healthy body and understanding body composition.  His strong background in nutrition and love for cooking has lead him to create “The Fitness Chef”, a systematic delivery of exercise and healthy meals, for all ages, directly to your door.  His charismatic style is a welcomed asset to the Personal Best team.
